Project Overview

Recruiting Skills Training was a massive overhaul of the approach to training recruiters at Rocket Central and was a key effort of a team of Instructional Designers dividing work based on topic. The overarching program encompassed sixteen hands-on instructor-led workshops supplemented with short elearning pre-work and post-work In the form of applying the eLearning and workshop skills with a more experienced recruiter (or team leader). 

The time management eLearning below was one pre-work item for a workshop and was designed to quickly help recruiters understand core concepts and reflect on application in their work prior to leveraging those skills within the workshop and subsequent work with their recruiting mentor.
